Put that into a coarse-ish linen or cheesecloth, close it tight and put it in a pot that holds at least 1.5 liters. Add 200 grams brown sugar and 600 grams white sugar (substitute with 600g equivalent of liquid sweetener like aspartam for a waaaaaay less
