09:38 <Ysjoelfir> the main question that came up was basically: in the german version it says that you NEED to be vaccinated or cured to enter without a quarantine, the english version says you can enter if you are from a green country that is at least 10 days in the green status and have a residency in norway, otherwise you need to provide a test which can't be done at the border, german site says there are tests available in the harbors, so..
