20:01:55 <Steven1> a refractor field is a protection device that when somebody goes to hit you, you roll a 1d100 on a result of below 30 the attack is negated. my shield is on a roll of a 1 to a 5 the shield 'breaks' and cannot be activated until it is repaired.
