12:05:26 <Steven1> in pfs you cant give the enemy 15 +2 circumstance bonus unless there are 15 seperate things giving him the bonus, +2 for being outside +2 for clear weather +2 for being daytime. You cant be like +2 for the guy not being blind in right eye, +2 bonus for not being blind in left eye, +2 for everyone else in view not freaking out, +2 because he has seen the sky before, +2 because he is not color blind, +2 for seeing
