18:00 <Glenn> Ah.. the rail network. As I recall, 850million dollars was spent on the local rail line... which improved the travel time to Melbourne by just six (6) minutes!  The 1.3billion dollars spent on the MYKI would have easily covered to cost of the entire same system enjoyed in Hong Kong and China, where trains and public transport actually works!
