21:27:00 <sylence> i have a bad history of dui and its my second excess 0.08. even though i have mitigating cirumstance, and i didnt drink more than 1.5 hrs before i got in my car and the pain medication is highly likely of maintaining (through slow metabolism rate)and possibly increasing the alcohol content, my lawyer said a positive reading is a positive reading.
