20:05:00 <^bozoJim> full blood tests to start then radiography, bioppsies and further tests

20:13:00 <^bozoJim> we had a professor here for a few years and now he is 72 and wants to retire
20:14:00 <^bozoJim> here we are lucky to ha ve them 12 months

20:17:00 <^bozoJim> and at the hospital, well glorified aged care unit
20:17:00 <^bozoJim> the senior nurses are more competent than a lot of teh drs
20:18:00 <^bozoJim> the senior nursing staff ha ve at least 4 certificates under their belts
20:18:00 <^bozoJim> and often begin treatment well beforer the dr arrives
20:18:00 <^bozoJim> and prof Pashen gives up with them as he knows and trusts them
20:18:00 <^bozoJim> and as he says he no longer tells them how to do dressings as they know more than him about it
20:21:00 <^bozoJim> and we have drs on a 2 week rotating roster here two weeks then leave
