Paagrio* is a server that the admin had built and shipped to Vienna, Austria, in early 2004. It is still hosted there.
The server is a Celeron 2.4 GHz with 512 Mb ram and 100 mbit local sustainable bandwidth.

the European server is admin'ed by Kieran, who has been on AustNet since 1998.
