-ChanOP- *** Command Help ***
-ChanOP- Mode is used to effectivly lock channel modes to specified ones.
-ChanOP- This is advantages in preventing channel takeovers who close
-ChanOP- channels by setting them +k or +l 1. You can specify a minimum
-ChanOP- level required to override the modelock as well.
-ChanOP- You may not use mode b or o or v.
-ChanOP-  
-ChanOP- *** Command Syntax ***
-ChanOP-    Syntax: set <#chan> mode <level> <modes here>
-ChanOP-    Access: Requires (200) channel access.
-ChanOP-  Examples:  /msg ChanOP set #chat mode 50 +nt-miskl
-ChanOP-                      (Only level 50 or higher can override the mode +nt-misk)
