-ChanOP- *** Command Help ***
-ChanOP- To remove a user from the channel database, use deluser
-ChanOP- command.  This command brings permanent removal of the
-ChanOP- specified user from the database, it is not temporary.
-ChanOP- You are required to have a higher access level than that
-ChanOP- of the user you wish to delete in order for this command
-ChanOP- to succeed.
-ChanOP-  
-ChanOP- *** Command Syntax ***
-ChanOP-    Syntax: deluser <channel> <nick>
-ChanOP-    Access: Requires (150) channel access.
-ChanOP-  Examples:  /msg ChanOP deluser #AustOP Lydian
-ChanOP-                      (Removes Lydian's access to #AustOP)
