-ChanOP- *** Command Help *** 
-ChanOP- Banning a user from the channel not only activates a ban 
-ChanOP- on their hostmask, it also adds the user to the internal 
-ChanOP- ban list.  This means, in the case when the ban has been 
-ChanOP- removed and the user joins once again, ChanOP will place 
-ChanOP- the ban once again. For help on how to remove bans simply 
-ChanOP- /msg ChanOP help unban. 
-ChanOP-  
-ChanOP- *** Command Syntax *** 
-ChanOP-    Syntax: ban <channel> <nick>|<n!u@h> [<hours>]  
-ChanOP-                  [<min level to remove>] [<reason>] 
-ChanOP-    Access: Requires (75) channel access. 
-ChanOP-  Examples:  /msg ChanOP ban #AustOP Derrick 
-ChanOP-                  (Adds Derrick to the permanent ban list) 
-ChanOP-                      /msg ChanOP ban #AustOP *!*asd@*.tiak.net 
-ChanOP-                  (Adds the specified userhost to the ban list) 
-ChanOP-                     /msg ChanOP ban #AustOP Derrick 3 You Suck 
-ChanOP-                  (Adds Derrick to perm ban list for 3 hours  
-ChanOP-                    with reason "You Suck")  
-ChanOP-                     /msg ChanOP ban #AustOP *ada@*.com 10 150 
-ChanOP-                  (Adds Derrick to perm ban list for 10 hours 
-ChanOP-                   and level 150 is needed to remove ban)
